Get Well Soon Shaker Card

Hello!

I am back with another shaker card. This one was specifically for the Lawn Fawn Challenge: Cheerful Get Well. This card, although a shaker, was SUPER quick to make.  I used papers from The Paper Studio Basics Collection and some sequins from my stash. I also threw in a few seed beads that were on clearance in the Michael's Dollar Spot (One of my ALL TIME FAVORITE places)!!! The stamp set I used was Lawn Fawn's "Get Well Soon". I used the coordinating dies to cut out the images. I then used Tomboy markers to color the pill bottles and bandaids. This was a fun little card to create. I can see myself making a few more in different color schemes just to have in my stash. Enjoy!

Dots and Stripes: My Favorite Things Color Challenge

Hello!

I am back today with a card I created for the My Favorite Things Color Challenge 71. This Challenge was fun for me because I used colors that I would not normally combine. This card took barely anytime to make as I used minimal supplies. I used some card stock from my stash and the Lawn Fawn Scripty Words Thanks die. I had a few enamel dots that happen to match perfectly so I was able to incorporate those as well. I really like the bright colors and simplicity of this card. I can also see myself combining these colors on many future cards as well. Enjoy!

Anything Goes Again!

Hey There!

I'm back with another card for a challenge over on the Cardz TV blog. This card was made for the Cardz TV Crazy Crafters Anything Goes Challenge #3. I previously made a shaker card for their Mailbox Smiles challenge and thought that making another one sounded fun. I love making shaker cards!  I used some card stock and scrap paper from my scrap box and the Lawn Fawn "Let's BBQ" stamp set. The sequins are from various brands. I have only recently gotten with it and started to label my sequins!😁 I made this card with a friend in mind that I have not seen in a while. I hope she will enjoy the little surprise in her mailbox.  Enjoy!

Anything Goes...

Hello Crafty Friends!

Today I have a card that I created for the Cardz TV Mailbox Smiles Anything Goes Challenge #3. I was in the mood to make a shaker card. While sitting and trying to come up with a design, I looked at the cup of coffee on my desk. I instantly knew I wanted to make a coffee themed card. This card was quick and so simple to make. The card was made using some brown card stock from my stash, a few sequins from various companies (I didn't label my sequins, oops!)  and a small "freebie" stamp set that I received with a Simon Says Stamp order a while back. Enjoy!

Hats Off: Another Challenge!

Hello!

This is a card I created for the Paper Play Sketchs Sketch #44 Challenge. I decided to create a graduation card as I know many upcoming graduates. My Grad card stash was pretty slim after this past graduation season and I figured it was never too early to start building it back up for next year. I created this card using paper scraps (I have a GIANT box that I am trying to use up) and the Lawn Fawn Hats off to You stamp set. This set has a lot of cute hat images and sentiments for multiple occasions. I have a feeling it is going to become one of my most used stamp sets as the hats are fun to color!

Time for a challenge!

Hi guys!

I decided to participate in my FIRST EVER card challenge and let me just say, I am hooked. Something about the word "challenge" really gave me a creative boost and I created many more cards than the one shown here. It was an absolute blast!

This card was created for the Simon Says Stamp Blog's Monday Challenge, but, as luck would have it, their Wednesday Challenge has the same theme so this week, I am entering a 2 for 1. The card I created was a very simple Father's Day card. When it comes to masculine cards, I like to keep it simple and feel like less is more. I have struggled with masculine cards in the past but have found that keeping it simple always seems to turn out better.

The paper I used for this card has been in my collection for quite a while and was no longer a part of a paper pad. I apologize for not knowing the paper collection. The stamp set I used was Lawn Fawn's  Best Pun Ever.
